Java Lead
Required:
At least 6 years Core Java experience including strong experience of Multithreaded code.
Experience of using OOD with strong usage of design patterns
Extensive experience of working with RDBMS' and with good knowledge of SQL and database design
Experience working in and maintain releases within a CI environment
Strong team working skills, able to support their team leader, able to mentor and support junior staff
Experience of web-services integration using SOAP and REST, and of message based integration
Experience of working with Agile scrum
Good knowledge of CI tools (eg
Maven, Teamcity).
Experience working with Java application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat and Jetty
The ability to work to service SLAs and the provision of 3rd line support
Very good communication skills both written and verbally
Significant experience with working with remote teams
Experience of working directly with business teams to gather requirements
Desired:
Experience working with Java frameworks including Spring and Hibernate
