Skill Summary
Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)
F5 / Citrix Netscalar Load balancer (LTM/GTM/Client), DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Network Routing/Switching
Proxy management (Cisco WSA)
Certificate lifecycle management for organization – specially deploy on LTMs
Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)
Firewalls management (Checkpoint, Fortinet)
Language skills needed
English
People skills
Should be able to work with colleagues from different cultures and drive L1/L2 colleagues
Soft skills
- Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
- Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Certification in F5 Load balancer / Citrix Netscalar / Cisco WSA
