Workday Consultant
Workday HCM JD
- Workday Time Tracking module, HCM, Core HR experience required
- Knowledge of Workday Compensation and Security helpful
- Minimum 3 years of Workday functional experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of overall HR technology experience
- Functional Configuration and Integration experience required
- Troubleshoot issues in Workday modules, fix issues, develop enhancements and defect fixes
- Consult with HR business stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the acquired organization and recommend solutions to bring the acquired organization into Workday
- Undertake configurations in Workday to support the new entity
- Serve as the functional expert in the analysis of the business processes to be implemented
- Consult on the integration of systems into the Workday environment
- Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans
- Perform unit testing and facilitate end user testing of the implemented solution
Good to have skills*
- Good understanding of production support process
- Strong Leadership, Project Management and Client Expectation Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including executive management (VP/Directors) to drive steering committee meetings
