Project / Program Management Practitioner

• The Project Management role with ITO Delivery Services is to lead and deliver the IT Infrastructures (Intranet, Extranet, Servers, VMs, Storage, Voice, Collaboration technologies etc) across the globe.
• The PM has to collaborate closely with various team members including Site IT, Service Teams, Product Teams, IPI, Infrastructure Architects, Purchasing, Finance etc. and deliver the IT Infrastructure for Manufacturing and Non-manufacturing.

• Experience and proven ability to deploy infrastructure,
• Perform at an extremely high level project management competence
• Ability to meet the delivery timelines, foreseen risks and issues and track to close meticulously
• Ability to communicate effectively with globally distributed business and IT stakeholders.
• Organized and attention to detail with strong written and oral communication
• Ability to use and explore collaboration tools
• Ability to understand the business requirements and ensure process discipline
• Ability to recognize and implement improvement opportunities

Skills Preferred:

• IT infrastructure technical skills and knowledge of architecture standards
• Knowledge on manufacturing processes

Experience Required:

• Experience in handling large scale infrastructure deployments projects for manufacturing and non-manufacturing
• Experience in large scale IT infrastructure deployments - IT infrastructure technical architecture and hands-on experience on IT implementations

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent - PMI or equivalent certification
