Job Description
Orion Innovation is seeking a seasoned professional to join team as the ServiceNow Platform Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Lead. In this key role, candidate will be responsible for leading the technical roadmap and development of the SPM (formerly called ITBM) module within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in portfolio management and a proven track record in guiding technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
Working knowledge of Implementing Project Management and Resource Management capabilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM module, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM module.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applications.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SPM module, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in portfolio management and incorporate relevant advancements into the SPM module.
Working knowledge of E2E Project execution phases from "Idea to Finish”, design & implementation & deployment
Demonstrated skills as an active listener, respecting others' point of view while contributing the required input through strong communication skills
Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
Interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
Solid design and documentation experience and knowledge of ServiceNow applications configurations (SPM, ITSM, APM)
Qualifications
Overall, 8-10 years of experience in IT
Minimum of 5 years' experience ServiceNow solutions and delivery, service management, and workflow management
Minimum of 3 years hands on experience implementing ServiceNow mid/large scale ITBM/SPM programs
Management consulting experience
Certifications:
ITIL or PMP (Must have)
Certified System Administrator (Must have)
Certified Implementation Specialist – ITBM/SPM (Must have)
Certified Implementation Specialist – Any other product suite (Nice to have)
