Java Developer
• 3 to 6 years of experience in JAVA J2EE
• Hands on in integration and web services
• Strong in OOPs concepts
• Good exposure in MVC patterns
• Hands on in either Spring or Struts framework
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have very good technical problem solving skills.
• Should be able to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
• Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.
• Technical Skills (Knowledge/Experience): (Include tools, methodologies, processes)
• Should be strong in OOPS concepts, Core Java, Collections
• Should have experience in any of the frameworks like struts/Spring/Hibernate/Swing Etc
• Experience in any Database Concept (SQL / Oracle etc.)
