Role Summary

• Reports issues affecting progress and recommended solutions.
• Keep Lead up-to-date regarding current work on a daily/weekly basis without having to be prompted for an update.
• Cooperation and collaboration within and between teams appropriate sharing of needed resources & information.
• Manage integrity of code base in the different environments
• Ensuring sufficient unit testing coverage of code
• Responsible for creation of technical specifications as assigned.
• Responsible for development, coding, unit testing and systems testing as assigned and in accordance with coding standards
• Responsible for providing support for defect resolution to QA during all phases of testing and during warranty period as assigned.

Unique Requirements : Should be comfortable in doing night shifts for at least 1-2 weeks in a month

Work in a highly motivated and innovative team involved in the design and development of Microsoft distributed Enterprise Applications with a high quality standard.
Accountable for timely delivery of high quality technical deliverables from own team
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification
B.Tech/MCA
Industry Experience
5 7 years of experience in design and development in Microsoft Technologies. Should have experience in Production Support or implementing large systems following full SDLC.
Competencies (Technical)
Mandate Skills

• Expert knowledge in technologies like ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript and CSS.
• Exposure to Web Requests
• Exposure to Windows applications
• SharePoint Knowledge.
• Good experience in debugging large applications (Via Browser, Fiddler, Application Logs, Event Logs etc.)

Preferred skills

• Experience of working in distributed development model.
• Basic understanding of Lotus Notes Database
• Performing SharePoint operations via C# is good to have.
• Office 365 knowledge.
