JD for Servicenow Designer
A person with 7+ years' experience in Service Now or ITSM tools on analyzing business requirements through workflow analyses, translating business requirements into functional designs, evaluating feasibility with client's stakeholders, managing the development of the ServiceNow platform, serving as my client's subject matter expert on the SNOW system, and managing the upgrades to the ServiceNow system.
The individual with own the development of solution / Design on Service Now platform, integration of the solutions with other system and developing the user interface to the solution
