The purpose of Contract Delivery Services is to be recognised as a world class delivery organisation supporting theend to end L2C process on behalf of BT's
largest corporatecustomers, ensuring end to end delivery of servicerequests, projects and customer billing Why this job matters Responsible for ensuring that CDS functional tower services, for one or more medium-high size/complexity contracts, are
delivered to the requirements of BT's Global or Enterprise Customer Contracts whilst ensuring that all BT internal controls are met. What I'll be doing – your accountabilities Skills required for the job  
The CDM Professional is functionally aligned to one or more of the following activities supporting oneor more medium contracts:

  • The management of delivery of managed billing including disputeresolution, customer PO
management and reporting, unbilled and debt
  • The management of delivery of end to end commercial, cost and serviceinventory including
inventory build, cleanse, maintenance, management
and data assurance
  • The management of delivery of end to end supplier management which includes the management of contract level third party relationships, managing
supplier performance, managing supplier pricing and negotiations, validation and approval of invoices as well as disputemanagement and resolution
  • High level of functional knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of numeracy
  • Thorough understanding of contract delivery for the function
 
  • The management of contract level cost and revenue
assuranceactivities including resourcereconciliation, TPCA, product and third party cost validation.
  • The role holder may manage a small teamsupporting the functional delivery of the role
