Skill/Role Requirement details: Webmethods Middleware Administrator - L1 / L2

Job Description Candidate should have Production Support Experience.

MUS T have worked on below webMethods components:

Broker, IntegrationS erver, TradingNetworks, MywebMethodsServer, Deployer, Adapters (SAP, JDBC etc), Mediator, CentraSite, Optimize, Web services, API development.
Must have exposure on Network Firewall, Big IP Load Balancer, SSL Security, Proxy set-ups.

Platform: MUST have worked on any of Unix flavoured Environment (Linux, Solaris, AIX, Client-UX etc.) Database: Oracle

Responsibilities
Good understanding on Incident & Change Management Processes
Takes the lead ( content wise) in the Change process
Schedule and handle meetings (internal, external, Adhoc)
Preparation of Installation Plans in a technically well documented way
Participate in RCAs and reviews
Must have any of ticketing tools (Remedy, Client, ITSM etc.) experience
Able to give Complex Incident resolution & change imp lementation at second level
Responsible for deliverables as requirements - Documents, Detailed Designs
Review various reports - dail y/weekly/monthly/adhoc basis and activity trackes
Participate in RCA discussions
Mentor to L1 & L0 teams
Able to prepare (/knowledge on) Life-Cycle Management and Release Management
Able to work in complex Production environments and handling pressurized situations.
Special Requirement (if any) webmethods Administra tion in Unix Environment, ITIL Exposure, webMethods Integration Cloud basics
