Business Analyst
- Custodian of Customer experience improvement, Insights, Data Analytics requirements and SPOC for all Business function stakeholders like CFO, CCO, CMO, Tech& Ops, Legal, Compliance and Regulatory
- Help business define key Business metrics/ KPIs and produce Business metric catalogue, market forecasting, and Business KPI measurement and growth ideas.
- Review reports/dashboards, analytical models produced in Micro-strategy, Tableau and Alteryx to evaluate if delivery has met the business outcome expected
- Define key customer experience journeys, Omni-channel and 360 degree customer view
- Conduct hot houses and workshops and getting all stakeholders on board
- Identify gaps and raise it to right forums in Business and delivery circles.
