PL/SQL Technical Consultant
- As a Database Consultant / Programmer Analyst responsible for understanding the workflow of the McKesson Health care application.
- Responsible for gathering the business requirement and involved in the business meetings.
- Responsible for estimation of the enhancements, ER diagrams, Data Modelling, data base Normalization of the application.
- Involved in creating the Business requirement documents, Unit Test case scenarios.
- Responsible for developing the application / Batches / Supporting application of the McKesson health care solutions using oracle database technologies (Oracle 11g, Oracle Forms).
- Responsible for writing the complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code using advance concepts.
- Responsible for fixing the production issues/ Data corrections to make sure the data is corrected in the backend tables in a correct format.
- Responsible for data integration, loading the flat files from the third-party health care systems and validate the data accordingly.
- Work on Application Unit Testing, QA to make sure there is no impact on the Application and working as expected.
- Optimize workflows by conducting meetings and testing possible solutions.
- Involved in Database Performance tuning for PL/SQL Programs and SQL Query tuning.
- Responsible for Database performance testing.
