- SAP Releases: ECC 6.0 Ehp7, CRM 7.0 Ehp3, Portal 7.4, Solman7.1,Srm 7.0,EP 7.4
- SAP Basis Administration: User Administration, Client Administration, User Authorization & profiles, Windows based installation, Schedule background jobs, Transport, Support Package, Database Administration, Spool administration, Short dump analysis, Performance checking, License, Operation mode , Database refresh.
- SAP Security Administration User Creation and Authorization, Roles Creation and Maintenance, Single role, Derived role and Composite role Creation and maintenance.
- Daily monitoring activities
- Performed post installation activities
- User administration(Creating user ids based on standard naming convention)
- Resetting passwords, locking and unlocking user ids, Mass user creation.)
- Client Administration (Client Creation, Opening / Closing Client)
- Client Copies (Local, Remote and Export / Import)
- Configuring and Maintaining RFC Connections.
- Performed daily monitoring activities on all application servers like Work process overview, Background jobs overview, Spool logs, System Monitoring.
- Maintained logon groups.
