Should have been part of at least 2 Imple/ ASM/Upgrade project
Should know any of following 2- 3 Modules :
PeopleSoft HCM - Base benefits ,
PeopleSoft HCM - Compensation
PeopleSoft HCM - Absence Management
PeopleSoft HCM - Benefits Administration
PeopleSoft HCM - ESS & Client
PeopleSoft HCM - Global Payroll
PeopleSoft HCM - HR Helpdesk
PeopleSoft HCM - NA Payroll
