 Business Analyst with Clinical domain experience
 
Education/Experience:

• Have a broad understanding of Clinical Domain in the life science industry. Must have min 1 year of IT experience of working in the domain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Education/ Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math is desirable.
• 8+ years experience with atleast 5 years of experience in business analysis. The experience must include utilizing formal development methodologies; business analysis elicitation or analysis techniques; writing business and functional specifications;

1. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis. Work with stakeholders to develop use cases and write business and functional specifications through use of formal development methodologies.
2. Guide users in identifying business requirements by use of various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques to determine the needs of the business.
3. Elicit requirements from geographically dispersed stakeholders and communicate both technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences.
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and user interface (UI) design specifications
5. Manages project documentation (implementation plan, issues log, process maps, etc.) and documents process flows and gaps.
6. Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs. Supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, controlling and closing phases.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationship with business partners and internal/external team members.
8. Identify issues and escalates/manages resolution as required. Coordinates and provides support to the business with the process implementation. Perform other duties as assigned
