In this role you will work as the single designer, having full authority for the global data science tools - conceiving, designing and evolving experiences that will enable the data science community at PayPal

You will be a integral part of the Feature Engineering team who provides best in class self-service engineering solutions that serves the entire Data Science community in PayPal. The solutions created using the feature engineering applications are used for 300 million active customers in 200 countries.

• Able to work as a single designer, and represent our team when working closely with product managers, engineers, and the rest of the team to create amazing experiences for our customers

• Are able to clearly articulate your design concepts to internal cross-functional teams and leadership

Your day to day:

In your day to day role you will

Work with the Engineering team, Product managers, Architects and Engineering managers in Agile Methodoloy for designing the End to end products under Feature Engineering domain.

What do you need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer.

• Leveraging design best practices when creating user flows, visual mockups, prototypes, workshop documents, and hand-off files

• Prototyping, product/interaction/visual design/prototype

• Proficiency with Figma End-to-end product design

• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards

• The ability to work with and help influence engineering teams and product managers to champion the best experiences for our customer
