Job Description-
Skill Sets-

VDI, Windows Desktop 10/8, VMWare, Office 365, Exchange Server, Patching tools, Powershell

-   Has good experience on Windows 10 VDI deployment and support using different provision methods.

-   Experience on Core end user technologies such as Exchange 20xx, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM,

-   Experience in VDI (Vmware Horizon/Citrix),

-   Experience managing Virtual Infrastructure

-   Ability to manage, monitor and troubleshoot VDI Environment

-   Expertise in Windows 10 Migration solutions from Window 7/ Windows 8/ windows 8.1 etc.

-   Good experience on supporting VDI environment issues likes connection, performance, profile management, application etc.

-   Strong fundamental skills on Microsoft windows networking and TCP/IP protocols.

-   Good experience on profile management in VDI environment.

-   Good scripting knowledge in developing automation of administrative tasks in VDI environment.

-   Experience on Microsoft active directory domain.

-   Good scripting knowledge using Powershell and any other language.

-   Understanding of Microsoft group policy.

-   Strong problem solving skill, ability to work on adhoc requirement and multiple technologies.

-   Follow necessary customer process in term of compliance and SLA requirement.

-   Good team player for operation support and be innovative to improve operation tasks.
