Technical Consultant (CISCO Data L1)
We have an open position for Technical Consultant (CISCO Data L1), for Mumbai location.
Please find the position details below,
Position Open – Technical Consultant
Work location – Mumbai
Experience – 3-5 Years Relevant Experience
Qualification – B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/M.Sc
Please find the JD below,
- Hands on experience (Configuration and maintenance) L1 Skills on Cisco Data Products like : Cisco Router, Switches, Wireless Access Points.
- Cisco Routing protocol RIP, EIGRP, OSPF. Knowledge of Switching STP, VLAN, HSRP,VTP. Cisco AP Configuration such addition in controller etc
- Monitoring of devices and report if there is any issue. Daily Checklist as per site requirement.
- Attending the day to day MAC tickets.
- Ability to handle L1Data tickets MAC Activity / Trouble Shooting & BAU for Customer.
- Provide front-end support for all WAN projects like upgrades & new installation by working with local Telecom companies and carriers like BSNL, MTNL, VSNL, TTML, Sify, Bharti Airtel etc.
- Timely testing / termination of WAN links ( MPLS Links, Point to Point Lease line & ISDN Line ) & configuration of related equipment (e.g. DLC, MUX, MDFs, etc.)
- Co-ordinate with vendors regarding line down and up.
- Fault booking & Coordination with local Engineer and respective ISP's ( MTNL, BSNL ,TATA , Sify, Reliance ) to make Leased Line and ISDN up.
- System Configuration and Administration. Minor Incident Trouble Shooting. Day to day checklist at per site requirement.
