- Strong in communication skills.
- Clearly understand the questions and articulate the thoughts.
- Sound knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and Restful Web Services

- Able to design classes for a use case
- Find out issues in given code example and output of the code
- Spring IOC, Spring Integration, Spring Boot and dependency injection
