IRM SOX IT Consultant
Job Title: IRM SOX IT Consultant
Location: Chennai/Pune
Exp: 5+ Years
Position Summary:
• Ensure operating effectiveness and test ITGC SOX Controls and processes such as user access management, change management, incident/problem management etc.
• Coordinate and/or participate in process walkthroughs to review critical IT controls and work with project teams to implement recommended improvements
• Collaborate with teams to execute internal control testing to satisfy compliance requirements.
• Identify process/control deficiencies and recommend and monitor the radiation plan and progress.
Essential functions:
• 5+ years combined relevant experience in general SOX work and strong knowledge of SOX regulation
• 1+ year of experience with ITGC testing
• Financial background an asset (CPA preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
