Unix production support
Job Description:
- Responsible for L2 support activities for a in house application which is used for 1 integration and transformation of payments to vairious upstream downstream applications and 2 Cutomer Account management system
Roles and responsibilities
- L2 Production support activity using TIBCO Unix SQL
- Understanding of Application architecture Deployments of the application on SIT and UAT environment
- Daily health check reporting and Active Monitoring Knoweldge on monitoring tools such as Geneos Splunk will be an added advantage
- Train other team members and Jr resources on functional and technical topics Intent to Internalize
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Years of Experience 3 to 5 years Must have technologies Hands on experience
- Mandatory Skills Experience Good to have skills Behavioral Unix Shell scripting
- Websphere Application server Communication and Analytical skills Oracle SQL, TIBCO
Interpersonal skills:
- Strong will to success and overcome challenge Self driven and independent
- Good Attitude and Team Player Ability to work as part of a geographically distributed team having members of diverse cultures
- Willingness to work in shifts and or on weekends to manage project deliveries
