Job Responsibility:

Minimum 4-7 Year of relevant experience in Service-Now Administrator and Developer.

•Must have received hands-on training on ServiceNow Platform

•Must have worked extensively on ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer and implemented changes requested by clients

•Must have worked as part of an implementation team and contributed to building end-to-end solutions in ServiceNow Platform

•Prior Development or scripting experience on other platforms/languages is an added advantage

•Prior experience in ITIL process related environment is an added advantage

•Good Written & verbal communication skills

•Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Optional Skills:

•ServiceNow system Administration certification

•ServiceNow Implementation Certification

•Any Technical Accreditation certifications of ServiceNow Modules.

Define description

 

•Design, implement, test and deploy various IT Service Management modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release Management, CMDB and Asset Management

•Good Knowledge of Service-Now reporting module/Performance Analytics.

•Drive the continuous improvements of the implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

•Document the change requests received from clients in a tracker
Estimate effort needed to implement the changes
Test the changes prior to moving to production and seek approval.

•Understand, analyse and implement changes in ServiceNow Platform

•Keep track of new upgrade features in ServiceNow platform and learn

•Interact with client business and technical teams

•Convert business requirements into technical solutions

•Configure/Customize Service-Now including Workflows, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc

•Use of Record producers to create Incident and Problem

•Hands on with UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc


•Good working knowledge on Workflow Designing and scripting in Service-Now.

•Creating Service Requests

•Hands on experience with client scripts and business rules


•Workflow editor to design workflow of various modules and for triggering of various events.

•Develop custom applications in ServiceNow and deploy them to ServiceNow Store
Work towards getting the apps certified by ServiceNow

•Experience working on CMDB

•Mid-Server Configuration

•Excellent knowledge of Java Scripting, SQL, Jelly, and HTML/CSS, XML, AJAX, Glide Record and Integration

•Integrating Service-Now with other Applications using Web-Services APIs e.g
SOAP, REST, JSON etc.
