L2 Verint
Rich Hands on experience of Verint System – Contact Center Recording Technologies and good experience in administration & maintenance. In depth knowledge of Recording and QM (Legacy & VOIP) of Verint System, Networking, Windows OS. Experience on:
- Implementation / Administration / Maintenance of Verint system
- Advance L2 trouble shooting on Ultra 9.3/Ultra 10/IMPACT 360 V11.0/ IMPACT 360 V11.1 / IMPACT 360 V15.1 / VOIP.
- Knowledge on SQL Databases/Oracle Database.
