Key Responsibilities:
Drive the full recruitment life cycle with a strong grasp of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends.
Analyze technical requirements to effectively source, screen, and evaluate top-tier tech talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage assessments, and ensure timely feedback.
