Admin L3 - Cloud-Virtual Desktop Infrastructure-VDI Qty 3
Please find the JD for L2 VDI support:
- Image management Patch, App vulnerability, App updates, functional fixes
- Incident Management Users raises Incident / request for VDI issue (connectivity, login, performance, app functionality, system upgrades, etc.)
- Access Management Granting Access, Validation, Reset, etc.
- Problem Management Resolve Known issues (functional and infra related)
- Change Management Execute Production changes related to Image / Incident / Problem
- VDI Performance reporting, capacity Management
- Health Checks of Infra (Citrix, HyperV, VMWare, Desktop and Server OS)
- VCenter / Vsphere Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Report generations
- HyperV Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Report generations
- OS Image Creation, troubleshooting
- Citrix Xendesktop / Xenapp Desktop and Application management, publishing apps and troubleshooting
- Citrix Xendesktop connection issue monitoring, reporting
- Citrix Applayering Image / app layer creation, troubleshooting
- AWS VDI management (Image / application / security, Monitoring, and troubleshooting)
