Operations Management Associate
- Was L2 administrator with minimum 3 years in L2 support Troubleshooting websphere server issues and application hosted in websphere related issues.
- IBM WAS/IHS Installation. SSL configuration and troubleshooting SSL issues.
- Performing Manual/Console Application deployment and troubleshooting if required.
- Migrating and decommisioning WAS/IHS.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the area of IT day to day operations, customer service,problem resolution, and multiple platforms support (e.g. Unix/Linux,) including migration and implementation supports.
- General understanding of the ITIL process and how they fit into the ITO organizations
- Strong oral and written communication skills Strong knowledge, understanding and experience working with various internal partners
Education Required:
- Degree and WAS certification
