What you'll be doing…

In this role, you will be a member of the HR Security team and part of the HRIS organization. You will be assisting with tasks that relate to SOX compliance controls, Annual SOX testing, Year End testing and other audit related items for both Business and ITGC related controls/processes.   This position does work cross functionally with members from IT, HRIS, and the various Functional teams.  Additionally, this position has high level interaction with our Internal auditors, External auditors and Executive Management.

  • Generate and review a variety of reports at various frequencies for accuracy, timeliness and compliance as they pertain to our SOX controls.
  • Provide support with audit requests from Internal and External auditors as they arise.
  •  Assist with control performance and possible evaluation tasks for 20+ controls.
  • Update audit documentation i.e.; processes, narratives, flowcharts, etc. with most recent data due to any changes.
  • Create/update internal process documents for the HR Security team for knowledge transfer.
  • Attend and support audit related calls as needed
  • Partner and provide backup support for the HR Security Audit team during high volume and time off instances.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with HRIS, Internal and External auditors.
  • Supporting other projects as assigned.


What we're looking for…

You'll need to have… 

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Two or more years of Workday experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and Workday Reporting
  • Knowledge and experience in SOX compliance i.e.; ITGC controls, Application controls and risk assessment.
  • Sense of urgency and strong experience in User Access Reviews and system user integrity as a whole

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
