Netsuite Functional Support
Provisioning and deprovisioning of user access and roles
Assist users with creating or editing of saved searches and reports
Diagnose and fix any existing scripts or workflows as required
Development of custom scripts as it relates to user requested enhancements
Support of integrations between NetSuite and other business applications
Escalate issues with respective business units, application owners, and/or NetSuite support team
Perform root cause analysis and remediation steps
Provide updated runbook for any scheduled system changes
Create and update library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
