Business Analyst
- Very good understanding of Capital Markets
- Strong Understanding of at least one financial asset class and its valuation or banking book risk management.
- Good understanding of Basel guidelines for banking book
- Have good analytical skills and have eye for detail
- Willingness to go extra mile to understand the functional requirements
- Experience with risk management in a bank is a plus (so interested candidates NOT coming from the IT industry but banking are encouraged to apply).
- Interest in risk analysis, metrics, computation and a solid mathematical understanding
- Interest in analytics, cognitive systems and multi-dimensional enterprise data warehouse and cubing technologies
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels, using a range of communication styles, skills, and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work with multiple teams
- Approachable personality and willing to guide and explain
- Systematic way of thinking
- Excellent analytical skills
- Adept at using MS Excel
