Oracle PL/SQL Developer

 Responsibilities:-

• Development with all stages of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC): design, analysis, coding, testing & support.
• Develop interfaces to load data into targeted database and extract data from flat files.
• Created Tables, Constraints, Indexes, Triggers, Cursors, Ref Cursors, anonymous blocks, sequences etc.
•  
• Use Collections, Bulk Binding, Materialized Views, Packages and Dynamic SQL
•  
• Wrote Audit programs for data consistency check and validation
• Interpret / analyze business requirements & functional specifications.
• Determine the impact of proposed functionality on current system.
• Provide input/assist in conducting system feasibility studies.
• Participate in and/or Create Design documents. 
•  
• Document unit test plans; completes unit testing successfully
• Feasibility study, planning, implementation, testing, deployment and close-out

• Minimum 5+years of technical experience on Oracle PL/SQL and advanced PL/SQL. i.e. Procedures, Packages, Functions, Indexes, Collections, Materialized views, Triggers, Bulk Binding, Exception handling etc.
• Experience in Performance tuning, Data Modelling and Data Analysis
• Experience in Database architecture and design
• Excellent in writing complex SQL Queries and improving the performance of existing queries. Should able to perform query optimization & database tuning.
• Experience on Oracle 11g is preferred
• Good to have Experience in MS-SQL 2008 (T-SQL) or above
• Good foundations in ETL concepts
• Good in Logic building, Reasoning and Analytical skills
• Should be assertive with problem solving skills
• Fair verbal and written communication skills
• Domain knowledge of Travel vertical would be an added advantage.
