BUSINESS ANALYST
If a direct leader, this role will provide coaching, mentoring, goal setting, and overall performance management
Leads initiatives that are high profile with significant bottom-line impact
Five to Seven years relevant experience in the same capacity
Highly methodical and systematic approach to the preparation of all documents
Business knowledge across Capital Markets, especially on the Commodities and Rates domain
Understanding of middle and back office settlement functions and relevant application knowledge
Extensive experience of working with teams of business and technology staff, together with an attitude which fosters a high degree of rigger and excellence
Hands on experience writing Use Case documentation or requirements stories / documentation
Proficiency in SQLqueries for database analysis
