Technical consultant- Off roll - Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform Incident Management Including Serivice Request and Restortion for Low severity Tickets.Take initiatives in learning new Technology & Tools.Training & self learning, utilization of LAB facility for self learning, training & simulations.Work towards all parties including L2 team and OEM as part of engagement to resolve the tickets.Effective Ticket handling to adhere the Agreed SLA.Co-ordination with customer and providing timely updates whenever required.Effective coordination & communication with end customer to have high CSAT.
Skill Profile
Good Understanding of Networking technologyHands on experience for Cisco Catalyst switching products like Cat 6500,6800/Cat 4500/Cat 3850 ,Nexus etcHands on experience for Cisco ISR Routers 2900/3800/3900 /4000 SeriesAwareness of Avaya Blue Data products like ERS 45xx/55xx/86xx-(Optional)Ability to work 24x7
