UX Designer

Experience Guidelines:

•       4+ years of professional design journey

•       Must be well versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.

•       Proficient to expert in using tools (not limited to): Sketch, Axure, InDesign, Adobe XD.

•       Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills.

•       Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

•       Prior experience in a consulting firm / design agency preferred.

•       Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.

•       Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal).

•       Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.

•       Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

•       Ability to prioritize when under pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities

•       Research on CX (Customer Experiences) across multiple LOBs, channels and stakeholder touchpoints.

•       Client and socialize insights for new CX Opportunities from such research.

•       Ideate and propose new experiences that impacts both the top line & the bottom line.

•       Partner & Engage with multiple stakeholders to initiate new programs to better experiences across the org.

•       Innovate & design new methods, technologies, systems & practices for the business.

•       Collaborate with design teams to better their practice, approaches and skills.

•       Periodically publish original scientific & design research.

Client & Consulting

•       Collaborates with team leads to develop creative responses to client briefs.

•       Clarifies success metrics and ties efforts toward delivering business value

•       Supports the communication and presentation of ideas and artefacts to internal and client teams, leading in the presentation of their own work.

•       Has developed collaboration skills and can partner directly with client counterparts to work together on creative solutions.

•       Consistent focus on discovery and work with user insights/needs
