Job Description:-
- Microsoft Windows 10 and 7 proficient.
- Mac OS knowledge is desired
- SCCM Knowledge is MUST
- Operating system deployment using SCCM desired
- MBAM, GPO knowledge is desired
- Experience with Service management tool Service Now preferred
- Should have good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook.
- Preferable to have a good understanding of Lync, VPN, and other standard desktop applications.
- Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good Oral and Written Communication skills.
