HRMS- Technical (80% Technical and 20% Functional)
Qualification: Should be a BE\B-Tec\MBA\MCA or any such professional qualification.
Experience:
1. Should have worked on most of the Modules –  Core HR/SSHR/Exit-Separation / Absence / Time & Labour, Fusion Compensation Workbench
2. Should have good knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow,  BI Publisher, Forms & Reports. Knowledge on the following technical area will be preferred OAF, Online Patching Concepts, Web ADI
2. Preferred working experience of 4 – 8 years in R12
3. Worked in at least 1 Implementation or Upgrade project of R12
4. Having Domain experience of minimum 1 Year will be added advantage.
5. Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes
6. Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving
7. Good Communications and a Team Player
