AI Solution Architect

 Position- AI Solution Architect
Experience Required-10 to 13 Years
Location- Hyderabad, Chennai.

JD:-
1. Provide thought leadership in helping business leaders understand how conversational experiences will enhance customer engagement
2. Work with digital product management teams to determine business requirements and manage design, build and deployment of conversational UI initiatives
3. Lead the effort to determine architecture and design of conversational UI solutions by understanding needs from Product Management
4. Architect, design and help support a series of reusable components such as APIs, Intent modeling and Machine learning models to promote configuration-based solutions
5. 10 + years of experience in Microsoft technologies: Microsoft Bot framework, Web service/REST API, Very good understanding on Microsoft Cosmos DB, Jarvis system, Microsoft LUIS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server.
6. Experience in using software development skills using both Microsoft tools and Open Source platforms.
7. High-level expertise in sophisticated identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance requirements, and experience integrating them into cloud and hybrid solutions.
8. Experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, networking and adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standards
9. Proficiency in architecting data migration scenarios including hybrid and pure cloud data solutions
10. 8-10 years of Overall experience in Customer experience platform with skills: Visual UI designer, Node. JS/C#, Grammar designer, Web service/REST API, Microsoft Bot framework
11. Resource should have good Chatbot framework application knowledge and implementation and support experience.
12. Experience in configuring Microsoft Bot Framework, Microsoft LUIS, Microsoft Cosmos Database, Microsoft SQL Server Database
13. Resource should have ability to learn new technology and willing to contribute new initiatives.
