IT Asset Manager
- The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for the end to end execution of Asset Lifecycle Management for an account and will be in a customer facing role.
- This candidate will maintain accurate records of all infrastructure IT assets in addition to being responsible for maintenance contract management.
- Responsibilities also will include the development and implementation of Asset Lifecycle Management processes that are customer specific in accordance with contract terms, as well as the ongoing daily monitoring and execution of asset management processes and procedures to ensure accurate tracking of the IT hardware asset environment.
- The right candidate must have knowledge of current IT infrastructure hardware (understand chassis vs component, by model understand asset categorization).
