 Urgent Hiring for Tableau Developer.

Sound Knowledge of Tableau functionalities mentioned below:

• Using available data sources, create optimal data source files which are simple to use in Tableau
• Preparing Charts and Dashboards using Source files of multiple formats (Primary Excel)
• Create calculated fields, parameters and customized graphs.
• Put views together in a story
• Create a Tableau report from scratch
• Propose innovative ideas on visualization to present data
• Improve efficiency of existing reports
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, for example, Ability to trace a variable  / field to analyze upstream or downstream impact

Excel:  

• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot/debug VBA macros.
• Basic programming knowledge concepts like loops, if condition, Knowledge of functions used to transform and write data in Excel. Preferably, should be able to establish connection with the databases.
• Apply PIVOT, formulae like VLOOKUP, all arithmetic, logical formulae, if condition etc.
• Should be able to transform the Data in excel to the form that is acceptable in Tableau.

Reporting, Data and Analytical:

• Ability to think Critically, Evaluate Information and make a decisions based on facts/data
• Identify any outliers in the data and add/remove those for appropriate analysis
• Ability to highlight issues based on the data and propose recommendations in making critical business decisions
• Generate trends and isolate problems to propose solutions to problems
• Ability to think creatively and provide options for reporting
