Essenital
- Strong hands on application/software development in OSS Domain specifically provisioning, inventory & monitoring systems.
- Expertise in Java programing & enterprise software development.
- Should have hands-on expertise in the technologies such as Struts, JSF, Velocity, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Seam, Oracle, Ant, JBOSS Tools, JBPM , Perl, webMethods exposure, SOAP/RESTful web services, JBOSS Application server, Oracle IPSA, SOA design concepts.
- Solid knowledge of Object Oriented Design & Development skills with recent hands on experience in enterprise application architecture, development, and deployment in a complex environment.

- Understands business requirements and Work with teams from Architecture, Business Analysts, Product Managers, QA, and other cross functional teams
- Ability to explain and bridge the gap between business oriented drivers for OSS transformation and technically oriented solution users.
