  • Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of the technical solution, and validating the final product satisfies the defined requirements.
  • Devise effective strategies for implementing and delivering the project as per scheduled deadlines.
  • Provide technical leadership while estimating and evaluating the effort/ schedules and managed the team and its grievances while training team members on the project architectures.
  • Manage smooth implementation and testing of the applications at client location and provided post-implementation, enhancement and maintenance support to client for applications.
  • Resolve queries regarding information system, software, extending onsite support including maintenance of software support.
  • Assure both quality and customer service while leading and driving advanced/complex development tasks and projects to successful completion.
  • Ensure total adherence to SLAs/KPIs defined for service levels to the customers with focused implementation of process improvements and best practices within support area.
  • Maintain in depth interaction with the client across various functional areas to comprehend and resolve apprehensions/issues relating to project delivery.
