Job Description

• Over 3 years of Experience in MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011
• Must have good techno-functional knowledge on CRM 2011 organizations and end to end customization
• Should have good command on Entity Customization, Business Units, Security aspects, Plugins, Workflows, Custom workflows, JavaScript web resources, External services like REST and ODATA
• Must have experience on end to end CRM Implementation
• Must have experience on integrating CRM with any third party application
• Knowledge of UI and business process changes in CRM 2013 will be helpful. Silverlight will be added advantage.

Qualification Requirements

• Must have worked with both technical and functional aspects in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Should have worked with Dynamics CRM 2011 & 2013.
• Must have worked in C#, Dynamics CRM SDK, Entity Framework.
• UI Development jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5, TFS, AJAX
• Should have developed Plug-in/Workflow/Custom Workflow development and Front End Entity Form development.
• Must have work experience in Entity Customizations and Entity View Customizations
• Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
• SQL Reporting Services
• MOSS/SharePoint Services
• Excellent backend experience with SSRS
• Knowledge in Azure an added advantage.
• Must have exposure in Agile Practices (Scrum)

Education & Experience

• 4 year degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent
• 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required
• Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
