JD-
• An Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce CRM platform as technical consultant
• Good experience using salesforce.com, apex development, force.com using Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components
• Experienced with Saleforce.com Sales Cloud in developing custom applications
• Experience in application and workflow customization including configuration and Administration
• Managed Operational requests and trouble shoot issues working with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in customization of page layouts, setting up approval processes, sound knowledge of custom application development, data migration and cleanup, setting advance fields such as custom field, dependent pick lists, validation rules, workflow sharing rules, alerts, security and sharing rules at object and record level, setting up user profiles and permissions, setting up organizational hierarchy
• Implemented security and sharing rules at object field and record level for different users at different levels of organization. Also created various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy
• Salesforce Certification in Salesforce Administration, Sales cloud, App Builder is a pre-requisite
