Sr. Engineer - Server Mgmt
Skills Required:
• Management of server infrastructure services & SDC system maintenance including server Virtualization infrastructure.
• Server storage configuration, VMware & Hyper-V, Load Balancing of servers, cluster management, backup configuration etc.-
• Responsible for planning and deployment of virtualization infrastructure including resilient design, sizing, network (NSX) & storage (vSAN ).
• Responsible for system automation involving VM templates, virtual patch management using VMware tools as well as other virtualization tools/platforms.
• Responsible for Virtualization infrastructure Monitoring to ensure smooth functioning of the applications."
• Hyper-V /VMware /Administration Strong Experience on Virtualization using VMware /Hyper-V
• Should have basic knowledge of the Windows Server Operating System.
• VCA/VCP or equivalent is desired.
• Excellent application integration troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose system problems.
• Responsible for disaster recovery planning and recovery processes
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
