Scrum Master/Project Manager

Scrum Master/Project Manager:

Need a project lead who can manage the project end to end and most importantly is a scrum master who can manage the entire agile scrum, should have good experience in JIRA/confluence etc.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings

Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology

Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes

Support Product Owner and work closely with the team in product backlog grooming, program increment planning, sprint level planning, tracking and building software release plan

Identify risk and attendant mitigations in sprint plan and MVP selection

Monitors, manages and escalates impediments, risks and dependencies

Ensure the quality of the deliverables, Assist the team members in getting their technical queries answered

Good Communication and ability to handle onsite counterparts and customer

Helps drive continuous improvement by identifying issues or opportunities and coaching agile teams

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in playing scrum master role for software development project

Good knowledge on Jira/confluence

Experience managing software development projects in agile environment

Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development

He should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing etc.

Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc

Knowledge of scaled agile SAFe essential

Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as Agile (Scrum), DevOps and traditional project management principles and practice

Understanding of a DevOps environment,
