Responsibilities
 
•             Participate in the supporting, planning, configuration and deployment of company's network environment, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, firewalls, Load Balancers and other hardware.
•             Make recommendations and provide daily operational maintenance of existing network infrastructure (mainly Cisco, Meraki)
•             Planning and execution of changes, assessing and mitigating risks and following IT change control best practices for predictable results
•             Provide highest level operational support, triage, break/fix, incident resolution, including response to escalations, proactively notifying customers of network issues, and assessing and communicating business impact
•             Participate and collaborate in various information technology projects
•             Use of network tools for administration, maintenance, automation, and visualization/reporting
•             Prepare and maintain up to date documentation for internal and external customers detailing configuration of deployed solutions
•             Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions and technology guidance to solve business problems and improve
•             existing network
•             Be responsible for monitoring and maintenance of various networking systems deployed by customer
•             Train new resources, when needed, on supported technologies
•            
Experience (10-12 years) in troubleshooting installing, configuring and managing networking equipment in large and complex environment within standard operating procedures.
•             Complex traffic analysis and troubleshoot – QOS, Traffic Shaping, Traffic Analysis
•             Proven experience with Cisco routers/switches
•             Proven experience with Cisco Firewalls, IPS, IDS
•             Proven experience with Solarwinds monitoring tool
•             Experience in LAN and WAN TCP/IP data and security infrastructures, experience managing and monitoring network performance
•             Proven ability to troubleshoot networking issues and provide viable solutions or temporary workaround to keep the network services operational.
•             Proven ability to perform problem management and root cause analysis.
•             Proven experience of working in small team environment.
•             Minimum CCNP certified Routing and Switching certified, or higher certification

1.      Cisco ACI experience  is mandatory
2.       Hands on experience on Routing and Switching.
3.       Experience on Load Balancers, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
4.       Experience or Knowledge of Network Security.
5.       Hands on experience on Cisco Nexus switches & VPC configuration.
6.       Experience of configuration and Troubleshooting on  Cisco Client for TACACS Authentication.
7.       Should be able to Handel P1 & P2 Tickets and customer facing.

•             Ownership of root cause analysis process, and ensure remediation of major issues. Ability to provide assistance in a support capacity with problem and incident resolution and assume major incident and problem ownership and accountability
•             Ensure 24/7 availability of the production environment and lead the daily operations of the production environment
•             Be available for after-hours support, on-call, and perform maintenance
•             Participate in Change Advisory Board Review Meetings with customer
•             Build monitoring tools to ensure system availability, resource utilization and capacity
•             Create network services dashboard providing insights into capacity, activities, and SLA measurements
•             Should able to perform upgrades on Cisco routers/switches/WLC whenever required
•             Drive continuous improvement and process change suggestion to management
•             Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
•             Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
•             Configure and implement the backup tools for auto configuration on Network device
•             Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
•             Ability to handle multiple projects within timeline
•             Documenting the issues, creating the knowledge base articles and updating the inventory
•             Manage Data Center operations for hardware installation and during maintenance whenever required
