Agile Coach-Transformation Lead
Good knowledge of Agile implementations variations like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Spotify and identify what suits best for the team
Working knowledge of implementing agile at various levels of maturity.
At least 5 years of experience in working in different agile projects
Working knowledge of JIRA or any other ALM tool
Experience in working in multiple teams facilitating scrum of scrums and its variations in teams
Help teams realize dependencies early in the day and resolve the same.
Transformation:
Very rich experience in driving Agile Transformations for large portfolios
Have a vision for long-term transformation and scaling agile across teams / portfolio of projects
Extremely good in customizing the transformation paths and Agile framework selection to enable better suitability to the teams' / Organization's dynamics
Able to work independently with various client stakeholders and in multi-vendor environment
Coaching & Facilitating:
Has helped Identify the training programs for the team members; coach and mentor team members to develop agile capabilities, self-organization etc.; explain benefits and scrum principles to the product owner and team where required.
Plan for capability development, identify training initiatives needed across multiple teams and organize for the same
Good experience in helping build a sustainable team focusing on high performing teams, needs around soft skills.
Act as a mentor rather than a leader for the team for the current role
Vast experience in working in different types and combination of scrum teams being technology agnostic
Identify dysfunctions within the team and help resolve the same either by th
