Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ServiceNow modules are aligned with business goals and deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to ServiceNow platform implementations, focusing on ITSM and other modules.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements/user stories and work closely with developers to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and ServiceNow technical teams.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for automation.
- Support the design and configuration of ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist with testing, training, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Continuously evaluate ServiceNow processes and performance to suggest improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, requirements, and training materials.
- Ensure all deliverables align with organizational standards and governance practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow projects.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
