Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of applications developed on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves creating and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, TI, VR, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Use the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other automation tools to streamline testing efforts.
• Log, track, and report bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Ensure testing activities align with development timelines and Agile sprints.
• Provide feedback on application usability and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support post-deployment validation and production issue testing.

Required Experience and Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
• Experience in testing ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and processes.
• Familiarity with performance/load testing tools is a bonus.
