Experience Level: 3-7years
Location: - Gurgaon
Job Description:-
 
 
Skill Set:

  • 2-4 years of experience with strong problem solving abilities to provide fast and effective support for clients experiencing basic hardware and software issues.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
  • Good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal skills.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process over phone
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
