Remote Position

We are seeking an AI Consultant with a strong background in application workflow and automation development using Python frameworks, experience in machine learning, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, leveraging Autogen or LangChain Framework to build autonomous AI agents for advanced problem-solving and workflow automation. This role demands deep knowledge of AI-driven automation, multi-agent collaboration, and real-world implementation of generative AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Autogen / Langchain Framework for business automation and intelligent workflows.
• Implement multi-agent AI systems that can perform complex tasks autonomously with self-learning capabilities.
• Develop automation pipelines integrating machine learning (ML) and generative AI models for process optimization.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLM-based AI agents for decision-making, conversation automation, and knowledge retrieval.
• Optimize reinforcement learning algorithms to enhance AI agent adaptability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to enhance AI-driven automation.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve AI agent performance through real-time feedback loops.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge AI advancements and contribute to innovation in Agentic AI applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in automation development with expertise in Python, AI frameworks, and system integration.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• 2 years of experience working with Generative AI (GenAI), particularly in LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI.
• 6 months of active development using Autogen Framework for Agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency in AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Autogen, OpenAI API, and other GenAI frameworks.
• Expertise in multi-agent systems, AI-driven automation, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment and orchestration.
• Experience in API development, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing autonomous AI agents for enterprise automation.
• Exposure to RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback).
• Contribution to open-source AI projects or research in Agentic AI.

Experience: 6-8 Years in Automation Development, 3 Years in Machine Learning, 2 Years in Generative AI, 6 Months in Agentic AI using Autogen Framework
